PurposeofJob• ToprovidesupportforchildrenwithininPK,K1,K2,K3withtheteachingandsupportoftheHarrowLittleLionsCurriculum(LLC)andChineseGovernmentGuidelines(MOE)ofchildren.• Toco-workwiththeteacherandtheschoolinprovidingoutstandingstandardsofachievementforallpupilswithintheKindergarten,contributetothelearningandteachingactivitiesinLittleLions.• Toencouragechildrentobecomeindependentlearners,toensuretheirsafetyandwelfareandsupporttheinclusionofchildreninallaspectsofschoollife.• ToplanLittleLionsevents/tripsaccordingtoschoolcalendarandchildren’sinterest.• Toliaisewithandmaintaineffectiveworkingrelationshipswithcolleaguesandparentsandotherprofessionalstoplayakeyroleincommunicationwithparents.• Planandimplementkindergarteneventsandtripbasedontheschoolcalendarandstudents’interests.• Coordinatewiththeactivitiesdirectorofthemaincampus,responsiblefortheactivitiesrelatedtothekindergarten.• Participateinthetrainingofrelevantcoursesattheheadquarters,haveadeepunderstanding,sharethetrainingcontenttothefacultyandstaff,andplayaleadershiproleinthework.• 按照小狮课程和中国政府儿童指南的要求进行教学和支持，为PK,K1,K2,K3阶段的儿童提供支持。• 与班级外籍老师合作，为幼儿园的所有学生提供卓越的成绩标准，为学生的学习和教学活动做出贡献。• 鼓励儿童成为独立的学习者，确保他们的安全和福利，并支持儿童融入学校生活的各个方面。• 与同事和家长，以及其他相关人士保持有效的工作关系，在与家长沟通方面发挥关键作用。• 根据校历和学生兴趣，计划和落实全园活动、研学。• 与主校区各主要负责人合作落实幼儿园部分的各项活动。• 参与总部相关课程培训，并深刻理解，将培训内容分享传递给教职员工，在工作中发挥领导力。Duties&Responsibility• Co-Planandworkwithforeignteacherstodefineclearteachingobjectivesandconductteachingandassessmentinacco
